We will either send an inspector to your preferred location OR we will set an appointment at one of our preferred vendor locations for your convenience.

Once the Match+ Offer is finalized and vehicle ownership verification process is completed, VFS will issue you (the vehicle owner) a certified company check in exchange for your vehicle. We make the process simple by allowing you to fill out all of the required sale documents electronically before the vehicle and check are exchanged.

We make it simple at VFS! All we need is your vehicle registration documents, owner driver's licenses, vehicle title-or current lienholder payoff authorization form (provided by VFS) listing your loan balance/details with 10-day per diem, buyers order/bill of sale (provided by VFS), any remaining warranty details/coverage and a VFS vehicle prior history/damage disclosure form.

Yes! Most of our customers still have a balance due to their lienholder-the process is very easy to get your lienholder paid in full. We only require a payoff balance, account number, 10-day per diem and mailing address.

Once your Match+ Offer is received, our team will help you calculate the balance due to your lienholder. Once that calculation is determined you will either give VFS payment for the additional amount that is due OR you can send payment directly to your lienholder for the additional amount. Either way, your loan is guaranteed to be paid in full relieving you of the loan arrangement once all funds are received by your lienholder.

Yes, we can do 3rd party lease buyouts as long as the bank provides us with the correct documents. Call your leaseholder (your bank, the credit union, or the car’s finance company), and get the current payoff amount to include when submitting your information to VFS. Leasing companies sometimes have additional fees for early termination which would affect the “take-home” amount you would receive after the sale.

During your vehicle verification process you will choose the option to meet with a VFS representative at the location of your choice OR deliver the vehicle to the specified VFS drop off location. Some locations my require the seller to deliver the vehicle to a specified location depending on vehicle pick-up range allowance.

In most situation yes, however we will require a more thorough inspection to be completed to help provide the highest Match+ Offer possible.
